Job Description deskripsi pekerjaan:

•Assist development of training programmes by liaising with Section / Project / Department Managers to discuss training needs for the coming year and ideal scope of training support requested.
•Review training program requirements to allocate internal and/or external resources to all programs in training schedule.
•Develop training budget for Mining Departmentand submit the budget to Mining General Manager for review and approval.
•Ensure training schedule is updated with any incidental training and/or vendor free training as required.
•Manage the production of all training materials for all internal training programs.
•Review and update or develop competency based training objectives for all current and new training programs.
•Develop training evaluation methodology and conduct quarterly training effectiveness review based on trainer and manager evaluations and for submission to Mining General Manager.
•Deliver face to face training programs relating to the related competencies.

Requirements kualifikasi kerja:

•Bachelor Degree
•Experienced in Mining industry
•Has proficient knowledge about the mining process, from feasibility studies to mining services (pit to port)
•Has strong exposure as a trainer for mining operation on project.
•Able to create own module / syllabus for sustainable program (Petrosea property right)
•Computer literate
•Good command in English both verbal & written
•Willing to travel around our project sites.

The Technical Network Engineer will provide as needed technical support services for client projects in the Optical Analysis Service Line. Responsible for the on-site maintenance, fault rectification and performance monitoring of the network elements in the Back bone Network. This include scheduled routine maintenance activities, on-site trouble shooting and fault rectification, RHW replacement and upgrades. This covers the SDH low capacity, high capacity, and MUX. The services may include testing, witnessing of testing at client sites, data analysis, consulting and report generation. The candidate's ability to successfully work as part of a project team and to support multiple jobs at one time are key.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS kualifikasi kerja:

•Min. S1 degree in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent combination of applicable education and experience.
•Candidate should have five years of professional experience in telecommunications/ constructions industries and broadband technologies.
