Job Description & Responsibility

Perform Installation & Commissioning of Instruments
Provide Training to End User / Customer
Perform Repair / Troubleshoot faulty instruments

Producing Report for all Service and Support Calls.
Job Requirements
Male / Female under 35 years.
Bachelor / S1 degree from Electrical / Electronic Engineering or
other related Engineering degree from well repute university.

Job Description & Responsibility
Conduct Customer's Training
Assisting customer in calibration development as well as application
issue.
Providing Technical Support for both Sales and Support Team.
Develop Training Materials

Job Requirements
Male / Female under 35 years.
Bachelor / S1 degree from Chemical Engineering or Chemistry or other
Science related Engineering degree from well repute university.
Min experience: 3 years. Experience in similar function will be an
advantage.

and building and construction markets.
POSITION TITLE: Marketing Information System Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible to managing (coordinate collection,
gather, analyze and present) up to date information/ data on market
conditions, steel industry, inter material industry, customer
database, segmentation & size, source of supply, competitor, market
shares, growth rates, economic indicator, etc. The core work is to
achieve outcomes through the delivery and continual improvement of the
incumbent's market analysis skills to bolster the marketing activities
and decision-making of the company.

He or she has to measure trends and prepare actionable market
intelligence and competitor reports to provide timely and high quality
information for decision-making in the company and at the Regional and
Corporate level. The incumbent will need to liaise closely with many
Departments in particular the Sales Departments, Finance Department,
Logistic Department and Customer Service Department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
-Have adequate knowledge about steel products, industry, and market
-Have contacts with sources of intelligence like Statistics Bureau,
BKPM, etc.
-Have knowledge and skills to manage information
-Have skills to manage outsourced intelligence company - A portfolio
of research and analysis results or projects undertaken.
-Have the ability to scan information and link that to our business needs
Some references from industry player, association/ institution or
proven new business implementation for a successful outcome in the
research or study.
-Have good interpersonal skills, team player and leadership.
-Have good communication, credibility and able to interact with
people at all levels.
-Good verbal and written communication in Indonesia and English.
-Good presentation skills in a variety of formal presentation
settings (including high level board presentations) both inside and
outside the organization and should command attention and can manage
group process during the presentation. Can change tactics midstream
when something is not working.
-Willingness to travel domestically and overseas as/if required.
-Have good computer literature, such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft
PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
-Possess strong analytical skills
-High level of energy and commitment towards continual improvement
-Pro active, able to work hard and under pressure.
-Comfortable to deal with the management level

PRODUCT AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - INTERNET SERVICES
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Play a strategic role in initiating, preparing business plan and driving various kind of internet web application products / projects.
- Identify customer segments and market opportunities, drive the marketing objectives and strategies, develop product positioning and messaging that stands up to competitors, become the spokesperson for the product.
- Drive core product management efforts for both enterprise and consumer targeted products.
- Develop product and business roadmaps and strategies, work closely with marketing and engineering to develop and implement the overall product, visions, business and revenue plans.
- Lead the charge to market for products through the entire lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life.
- Manage cross functional product release efforts, including requirements, specification, R&D and product management.
- Design product features and specifications, user interface, pricing supported by effective marketing programs to capture the market
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, or business related subjects.
- Very Good knowledge of market dimension and technology development especially in IP technology and service
- Worked with technologies companies working on web based technologies, portals and other internet, media, or mobile VAS companies.
- Product management or product design experience with proven track record of leading complete life cycles of internet products and technologies.
- Have a sense for detail specially on customer focus, competition and end user understanding, customer relation management and negotiation.
- Proven ability to initiate and author comprehensive requirement specifications for development of products.
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience with solid understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Fluent in English, Good Communication skill, specifically in presentation (oral and written), interpersonal and influencing skills
- Good Leadership, specifically to be business manager (customer oriented, business minded, and market focused), innovator (process and performance oriented, quality oriented, ensure fast moving result, entrepreneurial) and relationship builder (build teams, inspire trust, communicate effectively)
MARKETING RESEARCH ANALYST - INTERNET SERVICES
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Deliver required documents in Marketing Research such as: industry trend analysis, market trend analysis, consumer behavior, internal product analysis and marketing program analysis
- Establish and update/maintain the process or procedures related to Internet service product/services in the company
- Be responsible for producing a monthly report on all related business aspects under the scope of marketing research analyst
- Be responsible to monitor and reporting the quality of all internet service product and services
- Organize regular research on new products trends related to internet service products/services
- Conduct a market survey related to information required for the business
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in marketing or telecommunication
- Minimum 2 years of experience at internet related service is an advantage
- Fluent in English, Good Communication skill, specifically in presentation (oral and written), interpersonal and influencing skills
- Independent and self motivated
- Consistently maintaining and meeting deadline and be able to handle rapidly changing workloads
