• Previous work experience should include other disciplines within the insurance company
• Strong communication skill, analytical thinking
• Team player, self-motivated, innovator, and target oriented
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential
• Willing to be placed at Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, and Jakarta
